We are looking for screeners that will be the liaison between Patiro and potential participant in clinical trials. As part of Patiro's screener team, you will be responsible for communicating with potential clinical trials participants. The prescreening team works closely with our Patient Experience team and Medical team. You will be trained and educated in our platform and get a good onboarding in all the activities related to your job responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
· Keep records of all conversations in our patient portal in a comprehensible way
· Manage outbound calls in a timely manner
· Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming, or clarifying information

Requirements:
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
· Adhering to all company policies and procedures
· Educational background: Preferably nurse or medicine, but not a requirement

Office:
